With over 40 years of legal practice in local, national and regional law firms, Layne’s experience also includes a collective 6 years as in-house counsel with two different development companies located in Southern Nevada. This background provides practical, hands-on, experience in a business setting of counseling clients and managing transactions to achieve favorable results while minimizing associated risks.
