Chris counsels and represents real estate developers, managers, owners in virtually all types of real estate transactions. Chris also represents privately and publicly held companies and their owners in a wide variety of business matters. Chris plans, structures, negotiates and implements real estate and business transactions including purchases, sales, financing, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and planning, and financial transactions.

Chris previously served as Corporate Counsel for the The Greenspun Corporation where he oversaw and managed legal matters for the Greenspun family group of companies, including Greenspun Media Group, Niche Media, and vegas.com. Chris also served as Assistant General Counsel of American Nevada Company, a major developer of commercial office centers, retail centers, master planned communities, and mixed-use developments. As counsel to American Nevada Company, Chris was responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the company's commercial leasing and property management matters, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements and management contracts.
